KRUX – Players to players

We started our work with KRUX by creating a completely new communication strategy. We defined the biggest problem that technology brands face when trying to reach players – the lack of a common language. We made a simple assumption in the strategy: KRUX is meant to be your good server buddy, not a vendor.

We run all our communication in line with the gamer lifestyle. We use gamer slang, exchange memes, and talk for hours in comments and private messages about everything that's on our audience's minds - from a new keyboard to a patch for their favourite game, or even their German homework.

KRUX's strategy is to be present wherever the players are - so the natural continuation of social media activities was to develop towards Discord. In early 2021, we created the brand its own server, another place where it can connect with its audience. The KRUX server is the first Discord from a hardware manufacturer in Poland and one of the most active in whole Europe.
