How did we do this?
Research studies
We carried out research across different markets in ordrer to find representatives who would be engaged in community building for each game in AppGallery. Moreover, the research revealed what actions would be profitable at respective markets.
Selection of influencers
Despite widely recognizable creators, we reached out to leaders of micro-communities, group administrators on Facebook, Discord, Reddit, Messenger, and WhatsApp groups, where we disseminated spread communication and actions.
Campaign
Due to complex mechanism of participating in the promotion, we decided to focus mainly on video content which explained the entire process. We prepared comprehensive activations on various platforms, which were presented by the influencers we collaborated with.
Design
Our graphic department developed dedicated graphic sets that visually referred to each game. We also had the opportunity to support Huawei in designing animations for dedicated campaigns.
Tournament
At first we opened registration while simultaneously promoting the tournament via influencers. While conducting the event, we paid the greatest attention to keep a satisfying communication with participants.
